There are lots of people in the world who lack humor. I prefer to stay away from them. You are destined to be unhappy if you take yourselves too seriously.
Unfortunately, some of those humorless people are relatives and it seems they’ve taken offense to my little blog.
If I have to censor myself or if I can’t talk about the many awkward things that happen to me (which, at times, involve family members), then there’s no point in blogging. Several bloggers I know have had to shut down or redirect their efforts because they had the same concerns.
For now, I am choosing not to continue blogging on this site. The Twitter feed will continue for those who are followers, and — for my friends — I’ll continue to share my crazy stories in person.
And to my sociopathic relatives: Suck it.
